This liver cleanse lemonade can support liver function due to the detoxifying properties of lemon. (You can also use lime) The anti-inflammatory effects of turmeric, and the metabolism-boosting properties of cayenne pepper. This is an all around go to juice when wanting to rid o inflammation and give your liver a boost to detox!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup spring water (room temperature or slightly warm)
Instructions:
- In a glass, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, agave, ground turmeric, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Pour in the spring water and stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- I like to drink this 1st thing in the am to wake up my organs and get my blood flow moving!
