
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders can take between 3-5 business days before they're shipped to you. We produce and ship out your order from our facility, therefore it may take longer than what you may be used to. I know, that may suck, and we're working to be fast as Amazon. 😄
Preorder products will ship separately from available products if it'll take more than the 5 days to ship.
All tracking numbers are sent to your email automatically once shipped. Please, check your spam folder incase the email dropped into there, and let your email know they can trust us. 😊 We do not ship on holidays.
It will take 2-4 business days to arrive at you after it has been shipped and based on the shipping you've chosen at checkout. Deliveries are made through USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Standard Ground. We suggest UPS as it can be more reliable and faster than USPS. We offer USPS as many of our customers like the cost effective option.
1. Email: Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email. Check your spam or junk folder, and add us to your priority inbox so our emails don't get lost in the sauce. :)

To ensure you're paying the most cost effective price, shipping is calculated depending upon weight and location. Enter in your information at checkout to see the exact cost.

Once your order is actively in transit send us an email and we'll figure it out together! We can have it rerouted to a new address, which will need to be paid for by you. It could cost between $5-$20 depending on the courier.

Customs regulations, weather conditions, and other factors may affect shipments that are going to international addresses. These are governed by UPS and USPS and not by Upful Blends.
Once a package leaves the United States to go to your country USPS postal site stops tracking it. Please refer to the post office or customs in your country with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s). You can also call the International Inquiry Center at 800-222-1811 for tracking information.
International orders are shipped via either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority, and UPS. We have found that DHL is the most reliable and fastest although it is a bit more in pricing. You will be supplied with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and a claim must be filed prior to receiving a replacement.
Customs: Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. If the package is refused by the customer and sent back to us by the courier due to the customer's decision of not paying their country's custom fee then a refund will be processed to the customer once the shipment arrives back to our fulfillment center AND after the 20% restocking fee is subtracted from the total of the order.
APO/FPO Addresses: Although APO/FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 3-15 shipping days may apply for these addresses, but are usually delivered faster.
