Just like how our thoughts and the way we feel create a particular environment that creates a particular experience. If we’re often negative or annoyed at this person or that thing, it can make our days stressful and attract stress in our lives. This stress can weaken our immune system and cause unease to form. Clearing our mind and focusing on gut health is so vital for overall well-being. I consume this green juice almost everyday to support digestive health and calm the nervous system while boosting my immune system. Green Juice Ingredients:
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dandelion leaves + root
1 bunch of kale
1 pineapple or bag of apples
1 whole root of ginger (depends how spicy you like. Ginger also may not be the best for you now if experiencing certain bodily manifestations.)
Whip it Up:
1. Juice your fruit
2. Add your greens to a blender with your juice (vitamix blender available on our Amazon store)
3. Blend and store in a glass mason jar (all sizes available on Chantel’s Amazon store) Find it here.
4. Add to ice cube tray if you’d like to last longer.
