FAQ
When will my package be shipped?
Read more on our Shipping and Handling page.
Do you provide refunds?
Please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy, here.
What if one of my items is out of stock?
If you purchased multiple products, it will ship first - that way you get some of your herbs and won't have to wait on an entire order! Once it comes back into stock, your herb/s will be shipped right away, free of charge, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. If we do run out due to unforeseen circumstances, low harvesting, or customs delays, it may take up to 14 business days for an item to come back into stock and start its journey to you. If it is traveling from Africa or the Amazon, it may take longer, and we will communicate that to you so that we can keep you in the loop throughout the entire experience.
When receiving from nature, sometimes we are on its time. So, we appreciate your patience and honor Mother Earth.
Where do you get your herbs from?
Our organic herbs are sourced from small traditional growers and harvesters in Peru and Brazil, Mexico and Honduras, and Oregon.
Can I consume multiple blends at the same time?
Yes, all blends can be consumed at the same time. However, we recommend drinking one tea each for 7 days by itself before mixing or drinking them in the same day. This is for you to see and know the benefit of each tea blend on its own and can adjust if needed.
Be sure you're preparing the roots and leaves/flowers separately, as they require two different preparation times, as shown on the packaging!
How do I make the tea?
Basic Prep Guidelines:
Leaves + Flowers → Steep in hot water
Roots → Simmer on low or steep in hot water
Barks → Boil to draw out the powerful compounds from the tough outer layer.
You can place the herbs in a tea strainer or let them float freely in the water, either works.
💡 Helpful Tip: All brewing instructions are listed on your product packaging and on the product page online.
⚠️ Why No Microwaves? We don’t recommend using a microwave to heat your water or tea. Why? Because it:
- Diminishes the herbal benefits
- Alters the energy of the water
- Emits radiation that doesn’t belong in your cup
For the full experience, stick with a kettle or pot; your body and herbs will thank you.
Can I reuse the herbs after one use?
Absolutely!
What can I do with the rest of my herbs after I prepared them as tea?
Allow them to air dry, store them in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator.
Add to your compost.
Use them in a plant bath.
