Smoothies are probably the tastiest way to increase your daily intake of vitamins, and Camu Camu is a perfect ingredient to add in that line up! It is packed with vitamin C, and is rich in nutrients, and powerful antioxidants. This is a great smoothie to reduce inflammation, lower blood sugar, and blood pressure. I try my best to consume a smoothie everyday, and let me just say when I drink this smoothie I can definitely feel the difference!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Goji Berries goji berries in 1/2 cup of water for 5-10 minutes to soften them up.
- 1 whole Orange
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 4 Squeezed Lime
- ½ Papaya
- ½ cup Camu Camu Powder
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of Ice Cubes
Directions:
- After allowing the Goji berries to sit in water for 5-10 mins, add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Put in a cup, and ENJOY! 😊
