
I’m sure most of you have that go-to snack that you must have when you’re feeling for a pick me up. I want you to add one more healthy, easy and filling snack to that line-up: This pudding RIGHT HERE! Keep reading to see how I make this energy packed snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of walnut milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp camu camu powder
- 2-4 tbsp Agave
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 3 blueberries, halved
- 3 raspberries, halved
- 4 strawberry hearts
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a bowl, and mix together.
- Store in the fridge for 6 hours, or overnight.
- Add toppings, and ENJOY! 😊
