Ingredients:
- 1 Blue Lotus Flower
- 2 cups of spring water
- Optional:
- 1 tbsp Agave or date sugar for a bit of sweetness (optional)
How to prepare:
- Pour 2 cups of spring water into a pot. Bring to just before a boil and turn off heat.
- Add in your Blue Lotus Flower and cover for 15 minutes.
- When complete, remove the flower from the infusion.
- Consume and enjoy!
- Add your sweetener if desired.
