
February is heart month! So here's a healthy juice that'll support in fighting chronic inflammation that's associated with heart dis-ease.
Juice for the heart recipe:
- 1 cup of seeded grapes
- 1 cup organic strawberries
- 1 tbsp baobab powder
- 1 key lime juiced
- 2 cups of spring water
- 1 tsp agave
- Cut and mix all in a blender. If using a juicer, juice all of the fruit first then put all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend the fruit juice, water, baobab powder, and agave together.
- strain and enjoy!
