Mucus and Parasites: How to rid our divine bodies of it!

Infinite LOVE, Tribe! What we are here to resonate with in this moment are two things you've probably heard so much about in the recent years and that is Mucus and Parasites.

The experience of human life is an abundant and beautiful one that also comes with the relative of who we are and that is illness or unease supported by these two manifestations.

What is mucus?

Healthy mucus helps to protect, moisten, and defend our body from foreigners. Mucus is a part of our body’s frontline defense. It’s produced by the mucus membranes which line our mouth, nose, throat, sinuses and lungs; intestines and colon, and it works with your cilia, the tiny hairs which line your airways. So, when the body is subjected to say, a cold or flu, for example, the sinuses and lungs will release a protective layer of mucus in order to lubricate those areas to aid the body in its elimination processes. The same goes for the colon.

It's estimated that most Americans who eat the Standard American Diet have some variation of this foul build-up of mucus or mucoid plaque in their intestines which is known to hold an accumulation of fecal matter, calcification, harmful bacteria, toxins, and also parasites! This mucus also overwhelms every part of the body, manifesting dis-ease. Whether it's in the sinuses, called sinusitis; the lungs, called bronchitis; the genitals, called impotence, or uterine fibroids, etc.

The CDC has stated that, an estimate of 576 to 740 million people have built up mucus and parasites in their small intestine and colon. This accumulation of fecal matter/waste, creates the abundance of mucus and parasites that make home in the divine vessels we harbor. It also gets in the crevices of the intestines and colon to form the mucoid plaque.

Now, the term mucoid plaque only refers to an unhealthy accumulation of mucus that remains in the body for years in the folds and crevices of the intestines collecting fecal particles and bacteria, which is normally suppose to be a healthy response in the body.

When we eat certain foods that may be too acidic or that contain ingredients that are toxic, the intestines will naturally protect itself by releasing a thin layer of mucin. The mucus layer is then released along with stool once the offending foreigner has moved on. HOWEVER, when we continuously eat highly acidic or toxic/processed foods, take OTC medications, are exposed to heavy metals, or are subjected to parasites, harmful microbes and bacteria and their toxins, etc., the intestines start to react to these sources of irritation in the gut and release (and accumulate) more and more mucus in order to protect itself! Not allowing oxygen and blood flow to reach our organs, and instead are supporting the perfect environment for viruses, unhealthy bacteria, fungus, etc.

What helps them thrive?

The metals and toxins in our food and the type of foods that are consumed are just one way in which mucus forms and parasites thrive. They can come from a variety of sources including meat, dairy, seafood, even fruits and vegetables if they are not organic, alkaline, if they have cuts in them which most likely means there are parasites inside (ensure you get fruit/veggies that don't look beat up); water, dogs, cats, sexual contact, touching things that are contaminated, eating with unwashed hands, and in many cases from breathing contaminated air within confined spaces and in the city.

How do I know if I have parasites?

Here are just a few of the extremely wide range of symptoms parasites can cause: indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas, nausea, anal itching, heart burn, acid reflux, ulcers, colitis, Candida, insufficient absorption of food, abdominal pain, heart trouble, weight loss, weight gain, hunger, joint and muscle pain, arthritis, acne, eczema, rashes, skin disorders, fatigue, anxiety, sleeping trouble, teeth grinding, neurological disorders, recurring colds, allergies (a big one), sinus trouble, weakened immune system, asthma, liver damage, liver trouble, anemia (major one), hair loss (major one), and dark circles under eyes.
