Instructions

Bring 2 cups of spring water to a rolling boil and turn off heat. Add 2 tsp  - 1 tbsp to water to steep. Cover with lid and steep for 15 - 20 min, 2-3x a day.

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.

    My husband is so much calmer and at peace!

    My husband has more energy now using this bundle. He’s not a tea drinker, but the Mellow Mind smells really good and he doesn’t mind drinking it. He feels better as a whole. Will definitely buy this again and have it be permanently a part of his daily routine.
