Instructions

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably at the beginning of the day. Increase to 4 capsules daily gradually, 2 capsules in the AM 30 minutes before a meal and 2 capsules in the PM 30 minutes before a meal. 

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.

    Great addition to your well being!

    I've been taking Sea Elements daily for several weeks now, and overall it's been a positive addition to my wellness routine. It's not your typical multivitamin. it's made from a blend of ancient sea vegetables, and mineral. Since staring I have noticed my energy, and clarity increased, better digestion and regularity.
