Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Our shipping is very quick! If you wish to cancel your order(s), you must submit a cancellation notice before 3pm EST to service@upfulblends.com on the same order date.
  • Upful Blends ensures routing the (the) delivery of your product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should you fail to give the correct address, Upful Blends or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a replacement or refund.
  • If your package never arrived to you, a claim must be submitted prior to receiving a replacement. Depending on the circumstance of the missing or stolen package, we can provide a replacement or store credit.

  • If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition from our end, you have 3 business days from the time of delivery to notify us (via email or chat) with adequate proof by photo/video. The evidence must show the entirety of the product or package in a compromised/incomplete condition. We'll then issue a store credit or replacement.
  • We notify you 5 business days prior to your Upful Ship (recurring order) being packaged and shipped. Orders can be rescheduled via your online account, email, or chat up until the date of delivery before 3pm EST.
  • Packages that have been refused by you or the delivery service and returned to our warehouse in its original (unopened) condition, will be eligible for a store credit. The store credit may be available instantly pending approval.
  • Refunds requested due to no longer wanting the product(s), desiring to pay custom fees, or ordering from a country that does not allow herbal teas to be imported will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, or unused condition. These are consumable products that you are purchasing, and we cannot morally resell these consumables for safety concerns. The original and return shipping charges will not be credited.
  • We’re not responsible for refunds related to your shipping charges as the obligation was fulfilled on our end. Please be mindful of your countries importing restrictions.
  • Items eligible for store credit are those purchased in the last 30 days that are unused, and unopened. This includes fulfillment and shipping times.
  • Items that are not eligible for a refund include but are not limited to, those purchased under a sale or promotional item, gift cards, and personal body care.
  • Once your items are returned to our warehouse, and inspected by our team, depending on the circumstance of the returned item(s), we will provide a replacement or store credit.
  • Upful Blends does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our natural herbs. We do understand that each person is unique and may have varying integrations regarding their experience, so we require you to ship back the unused portion of your herbs for a partial credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customers are fully responsible for return shipping back to our warehouse at 1700 Banks Rd, Suite 20, Margate, FL 33063.
