Instructions

Boil 2 cups of spring water in a glass or ceramic pot. Allow it to reach boiling point then turn off heat. Add 2 tsp - 1 tbsp of herbs, cover, and allow tosteep. Strain and cool before consuming.

    I can drink this all day long.

    Doesn't taste great but shockingly effective

    I've been slowly drinking this tea blend on and off for the past few months. Instructions are clear, tea cools down by the time it's ready to drink, and the amount of herbal particles in my beverage after straining the loose leaves is minimal and sinks to the bottom. I can't say that I love the taste (herbal and earthy, not aromatic or grassy or floral), but I love the results: better blood flow for my period and circulation, and improved my sex life with increased drive. This tea doesn't negatively interact with my medications or BC implant (always check with your doctor, and thankfully they always list their ingredients for further research.) I have this with plenty of water, regular exercise, and a high-fiber, nutritious diet. Will purchase again when I run out.
