Instructions

Brew

Bring 2 cups of spring water to a rolling boil and turn off heat. Add 2 tsp  - 1 tbsp to water to steep. Cover with lid and steep for 15 - 20 min.

Strain and consume 1-3x a day.

    Amazing!

    This herb kicks butt! 🔥 I prepared it as a tea with the Queen's Love blend and drank 2-3 cups a day. It helped so much with my cramps when I was on my period. I also had a couple of breakouts along my chin and jaw that would NOT leave for weeks on end. This blend has really helped them heal. My skin is also noticeably more hydrated and less flaky.
