Picture your kidneys as filters in a city: when they’re clogged with toxins, traffic jams happen, disrupting the flow of vital energy. By detoxing, you unclog those filters, allowing the free flow of energy and promoting harmony within your body.
Your kidneys aren’t just about filtering waste—they’re the guardians of your body’s essential energy, known as Qi.
Infusion over tea increases its mineral content, provides more calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium than fruit and veggies that we’ve been told hold the highest amount. Nettle is next LEVEL.
You can find this weed by rivers and water sources which absorb mineral contents from the spring.
Ingredients for the infusion:
⭐️ 2-3 cups of dried Nettle Leaf
⭐️ 1-2 liters of spring water
⭐️ If you rock with crystals, charge it and put it on top of your infusion when it’s sitting.
⭐️ pot or kettle to heat up your water
⭐️ glass mason jar or container to put it in
How you do it:
1. Heat up your water just below boiling point
2. Pour your herbs into your glass container
3. When your water is ready pour your water on top of the herbs inside of the glass container
4. Close it slightly (not all the way) until it cools. Once it cools down a bit then you can close all the way.
5. Move the container around to get the water to reach the bottom of the herbs. You can also just stir it before you put the lid on.
6. Let it sit overnight or for 4-8 hrs.
7. Strain with a fine mesh strainer.
8. Consume 2-3 cups a day. 1-2 is fine for maintenance while 3 cups is great for those wanting to repair & nourish their kidneys because you haven’t done it in a while or ever.
9. You can consume for 1 month straight & notice the difference. If 1 month is too much for you, aim for 1 week increments.
When I drink this, the power I feel in my body is unmatched. If I could recommend anything for someone who is tight on budget but wants to begin receiving immediate benefits I always recommend Nettle.
