Instructions

Food for the Blood® Blend: Use 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling water, low simmer for 10 minutes. Consume 2-3x a day. Watch the video on how to make this blend!

Therapeutic Cellular Cleanse: Take 3 capsules at night daily for 7 days.

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.

The 2 week cleanse is to be consumed with a one week break in between.

Do I need to consume Vitamin C in order to absorb the iron efficiently?

Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, and Kalawalla all provide sufficient amounts of Vitamin C. Per 100 g of root you can get anywhere from 3-5% of daily Vitamin C from these plants. This is why it assimilates in the body rather easily with no bloating, constipation, stagnation, etc., compared to over-the-counter iron supplements. 

When is the best time to consume this blend?

You can consume the herbs any time of day. Many people consume it first thing in the AM for lasted energy throughout the day; others consume it in the evening to help with sleep. We recommend exploring which time works best for your body. If you're detoxing for health reasons, we recommend drinking AM, the afternoon, and evening. 

Can I consume this any other way besides tea?

Absolutely! You can grind down the herbs to a powder and pack it into capsules, add the powder to your smoothies, or add your already-made tea to your smoothies as a water replacement.

    Well this is my experience and this is what I have noticed: Since the first time I start taking "Food for the Blood" Only One Cup a day Everyday first thing in the Morning later in the Afternoon One Cup of

    "Love for the Limbs" and my last cup in the Evening before going to bed "Mucus Cleanse" (tip: I prepare my tea for a week in a glass picture with lit and keep it in the refrigerator and drink a cold tastes better cold for Me) and also I stopped eating sweets for the first 3 months bread, pasta and definitely all of soft drinks (sodas) and bottled juices, I make my own without sugar a home with a blender I cut it off for the first 3 months out of my diet and doing that little by little I have noticed that my body starting to cleansing, because I noticed that I have more clarity of mind, normal energy to do things without being exhausted, and the ability to concentrate and to think without struggle, also my memory has improved I can remember better; but permanent improvements in your health it takes time; You just have to Be Patient and get into Your New Routine for at least three or four months first; then you take a break for 2 weeks off when you take a break you can eat what you wish in a very moderated small portions not too much, and take the time to enjoy it eating slowly smell it so that way you will be satisfied with the one piece of pie or dessert remember choose Wisely not too sweet, then you start again for another 3 months taking 2 weeks off again and so…
