Instructions

Boil 2 cups of spring water in a glass or ceramic pot. Allow it to reach boiling point then turn off heat. Add 2 tsp - 1 tbsp of herbs, cover, and allow tosteep. Strain and cool before consuming.

    Defeated to livable

    I went from irregular menstruation, heavy bleeding, painful cramps and unpredictable emotions. To bi-monthly menstruation, medium bleeding for 7 days on average, NO CRAMPS, and even temperament. This took about 6 months to achieve. I will continue to drink my Queens Love blend until my body learns to do this on its own again. Truly life changing.
