You sit back and take a deep breath in and exhale as your nervous system starts to calm, and your body starts to relax. ahhh life's good.
This bath soak has been my holy grail after a long day of working, and wanting to unwind, and relax my muscles. You're gonna love this!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 1/4 cup dried lavender flowers
- 1/4 cup dried chamomile flowers
- 1/4 cup dried Love For The Lymph blend
- 10 drops lavender essential oil (optional)
- 10 drops chamomile essential oil (optional)
- 1 tablespoon carrier oil (like almond, jojoba, or coconut oil)
Instructions:

Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Epsom salts, and sea salt. Stir well to mix.

Add the Dried Herbs: Gently fold in the dried lavender flowers, chamomile flowers, and herbal blend. These herbs are not only aromatic but also have soothing and calming properties.
