Description

This African Bio Mineral Balance blend was combined to nourish the female reproductive system, release it of inflammation, and cleanse it of mucus. Brew

Boil 2 cups of spring water in a glass or ceramic pot. Allow it to reach boiling point then turn off heat. Add 2 tsp - 1 tbsp of herbs, cover, and allow to steep. Strain and cool before consuming.

    THE TRUTH

    This tea is the truth , coming from someone with heavy painful cycles especially after pregnancy , helps take off the irritability edge you get with pms , if you’re struggling i would def recommend this tea , take it days before your period , and it will help the most . I have had my period come on and not even feel it vs previously cramping and in pain badly . Grateful

    A miracle

    This tea is a miracle, I haven’t had a menstrual cycle since 02/2023 I drank this tea three times, and all of a sudden my period comes. I will continue drinking this herbal medicine in hopes of a regular cycle.

    Greetings Kerryann,

    We appreciate you acknowledging your experience with these herbs. We'd like to offer a few perspectives when incorporating natural herbs into your day:

    1. Each person's body is different. Which may require us to make other changes in our life to support the natural healing process. That could look like notating how your body feels and what things you've done/eaten each day to see what habits/choices are guiding your day and what changes have happened in any area of your life. Also, pausing eating processed food, meat, and dairy which may make it more challenging for the effects to be felt.
    2. Strengthening the tea brew by using more herbs or lessening the water used with 1 tsp of herbs.
    3. Making an infusion with the herbs: add herbs to a 64 oz jar, pour just below boiling water to the brew, seal with the lid, and allow it to sit for 24 hrs. Strain and consume 8 oz 2x a day 30 minutes before meals in the AM + PM.
    4. Getting support from others who have experienced a similar experience with herbs to offer their perspective, recommendations, and guidance. That's what we're here for and our community group on Facebook! I've definitely consumed herbs where I didn't resonate with it or feel the effects and either changed one of the ways listed above and felt the difference, or consumed it a few weeks/months later when my body and mind felt ready to connect with the plants in the blend. Then I was able to receive the essence and power sacred herbs have to offer.
