This was a very gentle, yet effective cleanse. I bought 2 bottles - one for me and one for my hubs. We set out to do the 2 week cleanse and it took about 2 days for me, 3 for him before we had any movement, but then it was a steady and consistent cleansing each day - one that did not make us double over with stomach pain or have to run to the bathroom. I do reccomend and look forward to another sale so I can get another couple bottles!

On the 3rd it really kicked in I had a urged to go to the back room the first thing in the morning. Like 7 something but when it happened the next day I was like dang I'm really cleaning out and when I went the 3rd time in one day that's when I knew the pills were the reason.
