To add to that is our sustainably fermentation process being a 0% crop loss which means ZERO Cacao is wasted in the fermentation process. Lastly, we give thanks to the men who travel on 2-3 day hikes into the forest to harvest.

Energetics: Typically described as warming and stimulating quality, and depending on how you prepare the cacao into chocolate or otherwise, it may alter its properties.

Instructions

Bring 2 cups of spring water to a soft boil then turn off heat. Add 1 tbsp of powder to your cup or blender. Add water to the powder and blend until powder is fully dissolved. Consume in the AM to support in a highly heart activated day or whenever best supports you. 

Add 2 tsp of powder to your food, smoothies, juices, water, or however you feel called to.

It is a strong bitter and stimulant, so there are some potential side effects to be aware of, as well as certain specific contra-indications. Since cacao is consumed in higher doses in ceremony, you may experience symptoms such as being lightheaded, sweaty palms, headache or nausea. Simply lessen the amount of cacao utilized, drink water and practice self-care as needed until symptoms subside. Cacao can also stimulant detox symptoms. If this happens, drink adequate amounts of water as your body releases what no longer serves you.

    I know its important to have cacao from a top tier resource cause I am not trying to buy nestle quik, ya fell ne --lol but this product is delicious and absolutely phenomenal -- I always feel so invigorated when I mix with my mushrooms and plantbased creamer -- AND THE PRICE POINT --- WORTH EVERY DIME
