I love this product it gives sustainable energy it curbs your appetite I also find that it promotes a bowel movement at least twice a day I take this along with sea elements

This has aided in my efforts to become more healthy! It curbed my appetite a bit and gave me the energy to workout more than my usual 3 days a week routine. I am doing 2 a days because I have the energy to keep going!
