You always have complete control over your subscription orders. Check out your messages for a reminder 10 days before each order is shipped.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yup! You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscribed product by checkin’ out the 'Manage Subscription' section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
CHANGE AN ORDER DATE
To change your next order date, check out the 'Manage Subscription' section within your account, click the 'Edit' button to the right of the item you're changing, click 'Next Charge Date', then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire subscription order but not for others that have a different frequency.
CHANGE SHIPMENT FREQUENCY
To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, please visit the 'Manage Subscription' section within your account, click 'Edit' next to the item you'd like to change, then click 'Delivery Schedule'. Here you can change your frequency to whatever works for you: days, weeks, months.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE I RECEIVED WHEN PLACING AN UPFULSHIP ORDER?
Since, you receive a discount on each Upfulship order, discounts won't credit as they cannot be stacked on top of each other. You would need to choose which one you'd like to use. There are select exclusive discounts that can be stacked for those only in Upful Loyalty. You can join here.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all valid credit + debit cards. Buy Now Pay Later, like Sezzle, cannot be used.
CAN I CHANGE MY METHOD OF PAYMENT?
You know it! After logging into your account, click the 'Manage Subscriptions' button, click edit, then at the top header click 'Payment Methods' and 'Add new payment method'. A pop up will show where you can add your card info.
CAN I EDIT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR AN UPCOMING ORDER?
Of course! Edit this info any time by logging into 'My Account'. Clicking 'Manage Subscriptions' choosing 'Shipping Addresses' and then 'Add Shipping Address'.
