Instructions

Take 2 capsules 2 times daily 25 minutes before a meal.

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.

Tea: Bring three cups of water to a boil then turn the heat to low. Open up 4 capsules and pour the powder into the water. Cover with a lid and allow it to lightly simmer for 20 minutes. Pour into your cup and enjoy. If you’re experiencing pain of any kind, consume 3 cups a day for at least a week and notice any changes.

    Amazing! Phenomenal!

    I have PCOS & the pain each month is horrendous! Body migraines, killer cramps, nausea, shooting pan allova with arthritis in every area of my body including the bottom regions a week prior with pms plus the week of (over 10 days!). I discovered this product & Vega taking it a week prior to my cycle & during. When I tell u, virtually NO PAIN! This product gave me the strength to drive and function. From a lady who’s had this issue since age 11 & it’s debilitating; I’m usually crying and bedridden on ADA! Been fired on several jobs bcuz I must take 3 days off each month but this…this is a LIFE SAVER! I’m so mad it went out of stock & it was misplaced. Other versions I tried in Leu of this don’t truly compare. This product works and the best from Upful Blends! Can’t wait for it to be back in stock! It helps with ALL THE Extreme PAIN! I still used all other products from upful blends like Matba, Bitter Melon and my tea blends like Food for the Blood, Love for the lymph and so many others in conjunction with this. I can say that even without those teas helping, this made all the difference hands down. I have been telling ppl, any1 who will listen to get this herb! Especially from here…It works, that’s y it stays OUT OF STOCK! Get this!

    Excellent product

    Surprisingly Effective

    I had a full knee replacement almost 3 months ago so I am not on any real pain meds anymore. I bought these capsules to help with the intermittent pain that I sometimes get, and it has helped me. I don't like taking medicine unless I really have to, but now that my pain is not so often, this is a great alternative.
