Its so important that you’re eating clean and preparing your body ahead of time. I have IBS and food sensitivities; my gut is set off easily. I did this cleanse about a year ago but was not eating clean in any way and did not prepare my body. The first few days were fire in expelling the waste, however it slowly dissipated bc of my unclean diet. My second time doing this cleanse I made sure to follow the e-book and prepared my diet weeks ahead of time (E-book was incredibly helpful and set me up for the wild time to come). This really began to do something and was expelling all the parasites. However, towards the end I hit a wall and my digestive crashed so I had to give it a break. But that does not take away from the things I saw come out and cleanse out! I will be doing this cleanse another time and making sure that I am in months ahead of eating well and not eating any foods that make my stomach sensitive since this will help prepare and strengthen my gut! I was also drinking food for blood during this time and this really helped keep me energized and feeling well.

I want to add that before this cleanse, I have tried medically prescribed parasite killer and that did not work! These herbs have shown the best progress yet. Plus, it’s great to have a reason to eat clean and schedule out meals. Food and diet is our medicine. Thank you Upful!
