Instructions

Bring 2 cups of spring water to a rolling boil and turn off heat. Add 2 tsp  - 1 tbsp to water to steep. Cover with lid and steep for 15 - 20 min.

Strain and consume 1-3x a day.

    Love for the Lymph!

    I am nearing the end of my first 6oz bag of this tea blend! I have tried everything to make this last for me lol! It is soooo comforting I can’t put the feeling it gives me into words. I have gone from no BM for 3-4 days at a time, sometimes a week at a time to at least once a day and I KNOW with consistency and time I will overcome and stand victorious in my healing journey! Yall cannot sleep on this.
