Instructions

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably at the beginning of the day. Increase to 4 capsules daily gradually, 2 capsules in the AM 30 minutes before a meal and 2 capsules in the PM 30 minutes before a meal. 

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.

    Effective Immediately

    I didn't expect to work immediately with my gut but it did although that's not I bought it for but I found faster active than the Food for the Blood and Mutamba which I purchased for gut issues I was having. This was just an added bonus that I did not expect along with great sleep and more relaxed energy.
