Instructions

Use 2 tsp - 1 tbsp per cup of spring water. Add herbs to water, cover the pot with a lid and bring water to boil. Once boiling, put to low and simmer low 20-25 mins covered. Consume 2-3x a day. 

To make one big batch use the same amount of herbs per cup and store in a glass mason jar.

    Mucus Blend

    I ordered this tea to help relieve my asthma symptoms, and it did just that. The mucus blend tea is a delight. This was the best detox tea I've ever tasted. I was actually able to spend some time in nature while detoxing, without having to be close to a bathroom(lol). This tea will be a staple in my routine.
