Instructions

Take 2 capsules 2 times a day. In the AM and PM. Before or after a light meal. 

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.

    Great product

    I’ve been taking these for about five days now and they work well. My advice is don’t take them in the morning if you’ll be away from home for extended periods of time. When I have meetings in the office, I skip the morning dose and take it as soon as I get home. I haven’t tried a product from Upful that I don’t like. Thank you!
