1 tsp of herb per cup. Simmer spring water on low with your herbs for 20 - 25 min and add water when needed if it begins to evaporate. Consume 1x a day at night or 2x a day if deeper cleaning of the colon is needed.
You may add agave, key lime, ginger, or peel from a fruit if you'd like to lighten the flavor a bit. Drink in the evening, usually before going to bed to give it time to stimulate. Consume plenty of water! It usually takes about 6 hours to work.
Adults and children over 12 years: Drink 1 cup before bedtime. If necessary, repeat the next morning not to exceed 4 cups in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: Drink 1/2 cup before bedtime. If necessary, repeat the next day not to exceed 2 cups in 24 hours. Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor before use.
