Instructions

Use 2 tsp - 1 tbsp per cup of spring water. Add herbs to water, cover the pot with a lid and bring water to boil. Once boiling, put to low and simmer low 20-25 mins covered. Consume 2-3x a day. 

To make one big batch use the same amount of herbs per cup and store in a glass mason jar.

    This is ny #1 go to for thr entire family. When they start to complain about any sort of sickness, cough and or respiratory irritation this is my Here You Go, Drink this and you will be good in the next 2 days 😂😂 & to be honest it works IMMEDIATELY- We love it!

    Tonight I plan to make Ramen Soup and was trying to decide if I should use this as my soup broth (weather changes) & or the Mommy & Me Food for Blood (filter the family system). However, whichever I decide to use I already know it will be amazing and very beneficial for the Entire Family 💖

    My go to!

    When I first smelled it I was not sure if I could drink it! THIS STUFF IS THE TRUTH. Its names tells no lies. Each time I begin to feel sick, I brew a pot (the beginning of all sickness is mucus)). I once gave each of my young children a spoonful; one child sneeze and a pile of mucus came out and the other vomited mucus up. You need this in your cabinets 100%!

    Mucus Cleanse

    This cleanse is great for clearing out the nasals, lungs and colon. After 3 days of taking this cleanse, I could take a long deep breath without coughing, I could smell things so much better, and it helps to clear the mucus lining.

    Great product

    It works quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend I love your Blood Cleanse and love or the Lymph , since I have problems with both. I alternate. When I finish with one tea, then I go to the other. I feel much better when I take them that way. I buy the tea. I’ve gotten use to the taste. Not bad
