Instructions

Consume 2 capsules daily; preferably at the beginning of the day. Based on how it resonates with the body, you may gradually increase the quantity to 4 Capsules daily. 

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.
