Sarsaparilla is known to carry the highest concentration of iron in any plant. It grows natively in South America, Jamaica, India, Honduras, and Mexico. You can find this herb featured in most of our Blends.
Use 1 tsp - 1 tbsp per 2 cups of boiling water, simmer on low for 15-20 min. You may simmer for hours depending on how strong you will like the tonic. Add more water when needed.
