Instructions

Use 2 tsp - 1 tbsp per cup of spring water. Add herbs to water, cover the pot with a lid and bring water to boil. Once boiling, put to low and simmer low 20-25 mins covered. Consume 2-3x a day. 

To make one big batch use the same amount of herbs per cup and store in a glass mason jar.

    This is a very powerful blend

    Wow, after taking a couple of sips I felt it working all threw my body immediately. All of a sudden I had a lot of energy the room even looked brighter lol. It also helped with my menstrual.

    Mucus cleanse

    I LOVE this detox. Although it doesn’t taste great it does the job done with cleansing me out physically and emotionally. After taking this for a month 2 x a day my mind and body feels clear and I LOVE the boost of energy I have. I’m grateful my friend introduced me to these products.
