Do I need to consume Vitamin C in order to absorb the iron efficiently?
Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, and Kalawalla all provide sufficient amounts of Vitamin C. Per 100 g of root you can get anywhere from 3-5% of daily Vitamin C from these plants. Which is why it assimilates in the body rather easily with no bloating, constipation, stagnation, etc., compared to over-the-counter iron supplements.

I used to be anemic I used to feel like shit often. I used some of sebis tonics at the time to heal from it. An i noticed when I first got this that I was working backwards to that weakened state. So i was really glad I purchased it because I love this stuff the effects are evident an the amount of energy i get after taking it is awesome.
I was reading some of the one star reviews an was shocked im curious of those folks are still eating an acidic diet because thats just setting you back if you want to feel better. Its like having a super car an filling it with unleaded do you really expect performance that way. I fill my pot with tap water an then in a Ball brand mason jar I pour my table spoon or more of tea blend an fill with spring water an boil on medium for 20 to 30 minutes. That way you dont overcook the tea an lose out on nutrients. This stuff tastes like normal green tea to me but everyone's different. Usually those that dont like fruits an veggies are consuming more foods on the acidic spectrum. Just a heads up. Cut that stuff out so these herbs can really do what theyre designed to. This stuff works great ive been using it over a year. Its like a cheat code.
Love the herbs And I’ll continue to be a customer great prices !!!

I notice when I drink this in the morning I have a lot more energy throughout the day vs when I don’t.
