Instructions

Use 2 tsp - 1 tbsp per cup of spring water. Add herbs to water, cover the pot with a lid and bring water to boil. Once boiling, put to low and simmer low 20-25 mins covered. Consume 2-3x a day. 

To make one big batch use the same amount of herbs per cup and store in a glass mason jar.

    Mucas Cleanse

    Love the taste of this blend. I notice even my nose. I thought i had the C'vid the first few times it happen. After wasting test because negative i remember the tea. It's not running nose like a cold but more like i bend over my nose would feel like i needed a tissue.

    This is ny #1 go to for thr entire family. When they start to complain about any sort of sickness, cough and or respiratory irritation this is my Here You Go, Drink this and you will be good in the next 2 days 😂😂 & to be honest it works IMMEDIATELY- We love it!
