This is my go to for most things, illness that’s bacteria oriented in anyway, ear infection, respiratory infection, eye infection, oral infections like an abscess.
I’ve used this many times in placement of a prescribed antibiotic. I wouldn’t suggest anyone else go against what there doctor says. But I will say this has been a life saver.
Just be careful as this is related to slippery elm which slows the absorption of other medications and herbs.
It’s amazing and I give it 5 stars!

my skin is definitely in need of a exfoliation as the older skin is being replaced, fingernails are growing like crazy, I have yet to see major results in hair on my head but the hair on my legs and arms are growing longer so I don't expect more density to happen on top, but we'll see...

All I can say is, my hair is wayyy thicker when I’m washing it. My skin is pushing out impurities and I’m not bloated nor gassy. That might be TMI, but I feel like it works. I’m going to keep using it. I think it works better when you are using other products and eating a more plant based diet as well. Because it helps your body process and absorb the correct way.
