Instructions

Bring 2 cups of spring water to a rolling boil and turn off heat. Add 2 tsp  - 1 tbsp to water to steep. Cover with lid and steep for 15 - 20 min, 2-3x a day.

    First few months using bundle

    Then teas taste pretty good . I believe they are a little more bitter if you drink it iced, so I prefer hot tea. I do have fibroids and anemia. I can feel a difference with teas especially with bloating . I really like how easy the capsules are to take just wish I didn't have to take 3 at a time. Don't know if fibroids have shrunk yet, however will return with update.
