Take 2 capsules 2 times daily 25 minutes before a meal.

You have the option to break up the capsules and add them to a smoothie or juice if you find it difficult to swallow but still wish to receive the benefits from the herbs.

Tea: Bring three cups of water to a boil then turn the heat to low. Open up 4 capsules and pour the powder into the water. Cover with a lid and allow it to lightly simmer for 20 minutes. Pour into your cup and enjoy. If you’re experiencing pain of any kind, consume 3 cups a day for at least a week and notice any changes.
