Instructions

Boil 2 cups of spring water in a glass or ceramic pot. Allow it to reach boiling point then turn off heat. Add 2 tsp - 1 tbsp of herbs, cover, and allow tosteep. Strain and cool before consuming.

    I love this blend. I can enjoy it at home and reuse the bag.

    The only complaint is that tea bags are generally portable and do not require 20 to 30 minutes to simmer. Simmering the tea bag for more than 10 minutes is pretty improbable if you are out and carrying the tea bags to enjoy when you are outside of the home.

    Just to clarify, while the tea bags offer added convenience, they still contain the same herbal blends as our larger pouches. This means they do require a steeping time to fully release their benefits, just like the loose blends. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we strive to improve our products.
