    Your tea will last you: 4 oz lasts 3 weeks if used 2 - 3x a day.  6 oz lasts 1 month in a half if used 2 - 3x a day.  (do NOT throw away roots after one use, re-simmer them)

    Bring 2 cups of spring water to a rolling boil and turn off heat. Add 2 tsp  - 1 tbsp to water to steep. Cover with lid and steep for 15 - 20 min, 2-3x a day.
