Instructions

This dried Sea Moss can make 128 ounces or close to 1 gallon of sea moss gel! Of course, depending on how much water you add.

1. Rinse it well – Wash away any ocean debris.

2. Choose your method:

🔥 Heat Method (Faster) – Soak in warm spring water for 20 min. Rinse again, then add to a pot with enough spring water to cover it by an inch. Lightly simmer, then let sit for 20 min. Blend 1 cup Sea Moss with 5 cups of the soaking water until smooth.

❄️ No-Heat Method (Raw & Slow) – Cover your Sea Moss completely with room temp spring water. Soak for 6-36 hours (until soft). Blend 1 cup soaked moss with 5 cups of the soaked water—add more if needed for your perfect consistency.

3. Store it right – Keep in a glass jar in the fridge (lasts 2 weeks) or freeze for up to 6 months.
