This is by far one of my favorite herbs for supporting a state of peace. I call this herb, the mind herb because it holds upful benefits for the peace of mind and body.

Take 1 tsp - 2 tsp per two cups, simmer for 10-15 min on low, consume a cup 2-3x a day
100% natural and non-irradiated Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis)
Calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, zinc
Should not be used more than 15 - 20 days at a time.
Side effects are rapid and shortness of breath, as well as swelling of the throat, lips, face, and tongue. If you experience them, discontinue or reduce your use. If you get a headache when drinking the tea, add more water.
I give this to my son, he has a lot of anxiety this tea calms him and he gets good sleep able to function better and concentrate.
I seriously love this herb so much. I have issues staying asleep, falling asleep also sometimes and it’s really hard because my mind can run and make me alert. Taking this as a tea along with Damiana help me sleep like a baby. I also dream when I combine herbs and I really missed dreaming. It doesn’t smell the greatest but I’m so grateful for this herb.
Smelled like true flowers and was fun to make. Was hoping for a stronger impact but it definitely improved the quality of my health
