Use 1-2 tsp per cup of spring water. Add herbs to water, cover the pot with a lid and bring water to slight boil. Once boiling, put to low and simmer low 10-20 mins covered. Add small amounts of water if it begins evaporating. Consume 2-3x a day.
Alternatively, add 1-2 tsp to a tea ball steeper and allow it to steep in slightly boiling water for 10-15 mins.
To make one big batch use the same amount of herbs per cup and store in a glass mason jar.
