Consumed as a tea, taken in capsule form, used as a poultice on wounds. Soaked in water for a couple of hours and added to wounds to support in healing.
(16+ years.) Take 3-4 pieces of bark and add it to 3 cups of water. Allow it to boil. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and consume 1-3x a day.
