Do I need to consume Vitamin C in order to absorb the iron
efficiently?
Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, and Kalawalla all provide sufficient amounts
of Vitamin C. Per 100 g of root you can get anywhere from 3-5% of daily Vitamin
C from these plants. This is why it assimilates in the body rather easily
with no bloating, constipation, stagnation, etc., compared to over-the-counter
iron supplements.
