Tea: Use 2 tsp of herb per cup. Bring 1 cup of 8 oz of water to just below boiling. Turn off the heat and add your herbs to the water. Allow to steep with a covered lid for 15 minutes. Consume and enjoy.
You can increase up to 1 tbsp per cup when you begin feeling comfortable with the herbs and want to make it stronger depending on the purpose of consuming your tea, Serenity is a very light-tasting herb with gentle herbal compounds and oils that can be restoring and relaxing to the body.
Plant Bath: Make your tea as normal but in a large pot. Double the serving based on the amount of cups used. Strain when complete and add the tea to your bath.
Face Steam:Prepare it as normal tea. Keep covered for 5 minutes before putting lid to the side. Strain into a bowl and face directly over the bowl about 5-10 inches away to not burn your face. Cover your head and bowl with a towel to keep the steam close by.
Smoke: Add to your rolling papers and smoke before or after meditation.
