Damiana is a plant that you'll find in the Caribbean, South America, and Central America. It has a long history of use as an aphrodisiac with it's leaves traditionally being made into a tea and incense.
2 tsp - 1 tbsp per 2 cups of spring water. Add herbs to pot boiled water. Keep heat off and covered with a lid. Steep for 20 minutes and consume 2-3x a day or before you normally find you experience anxiety/anxiousness.
