Consume this blend for a 2-3 month minimum period any time of the year to thoroughly detox. 

Bring 2 cups of spring water to a rolling boil and turn off heat. Add 2 tsp  - 1 tbsp to water to steep. Cover with lid and steep for 15 - 20 min, 2-3x a day.
