It was my first time using this tea and I really enjoyed it. I had minor symptoms and knew I'd be around people who were going through or recovering from coughs and such, so I drank it as a cleansing and preventative and found it worked well. I also used it with Elderberry to give to friends who were recovering from the flu and COVID and they said it helped.

Mullein leaf is amazing! I have a drink this as a tea as well as made it as a cough syrup. Whenever my throat is feeling a little irritated this is my go too for relief.

I purchased this tea blend for the first time a couple weeks ago based on the benefits of ridding mucus from the body. I've always been the one to follow the natural and home remedies of our elders so Upful has become a staple for me. I received my order about a week or so ago. This past Tuesday I tested positive for Covid... very very mild symptoms but of course some symptoms. Well during my telehealth appointment my doctor said while it's great my symptoms are very mild (coughing, stuffy/runny nose) she asked what was I doing/taking as many experience so much more. So I said as soon as I felt what I believed was a cold starting I started drinking this Mullein Leaf tea blend and when I read the purpose she said, "well I'm a doctor but I also understand the importance of nature so you continue doing what you're doing!" Today is Thanksgiving and honestly if it wasn't for maybe napping I wouldn't believe I tested positive for Covid and I attribute this mild case and recovery to Mullein Leaf and Upful as a whole!

Very sad to see this product being discontinued I had the flu and I drank 2 cups of this a day and in 2 days the tightness in my chest was gone, I was able to break down the mucous in my lungs, I could breathe easier, I had a more productive cough and I felt better altogether. Love mullein leaf
UBUpful Blends7 months agoSo grateful this herb resonated for you, Racheal! I can agree, it's definitely the natural version of Mucinex. I hear you on the sadness of it being discontinued. It's definitely my favorite herb for the lungs. What's great is that this herb will still be available in our Love for the Lymph Tea (Mullein still does it's thing in that blend). We'll also be using Mullein in a different blend for 2023, as well as, bringing it back seasonally. Just as a side note: Chanca Piedra is a sacred herb in capsule form mainly known for repairing and clearing the lungs of mucus. It may serve you, as well. :)
